Public works: third generation steps up at Renaudi in Cagnes-sur-Mer
Anthony Renaudi becomes chief executive of the holding company of the family group founded in 1964, alongside his father Philippe, a prominent figure among French Riviera employers.
The Renaudi group is preparing its succession. Anthony Renaudi is now registered as chief executive of Renaudi Holding, the parent company of the Cagnes-sur-Mer-based public works group, according to company registry filings. His father, Philippe Renaudi, remains its chairman.
The story goes back to 1964, when Antoine Renaudi founded an earthworks business focused on his home region, recalls a report on the group by La Fabrique de l'industrie. In 2003 a holding company was created to pool the administrative services of the group's companies, including Tama, EMGC and Cefap TP.
The new chief executive is a civil engineer who trained through an apprenticeship at Vinci Construction before joining the family business. The family is also represented in the finance department: Clémence Renaudi joined in 2017 as deputy to the head of financial affairs, according to the same document.
Philippe Renaudi is a well-known figure in the regional economy. Long the head of the UPE 06, the Alpes-Maritimes employers' federation, he was elected unanimously in 2021 as president of the CCI Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, the regional chamber of commerce and industry, for the 2021-2026 term.
