Junior William Joyant, the Nice entrepreneur mapping the Riviera's nightlife
At 22, the founder of Oneera and Teufy holds stakes valued at between €2.5 million and €4 million. His latest company is betting on real-time geolocation in clubs and festivals.

This summer, in clubs in Cannes, Oneera's first users opened their phones to find a map of the venue, their friends' locations and the busiest areas. Behind the app is a company registered in May 2026 by 22-year-old Nice native Junior William Joyant, who owns 70% of its capital.
The idea is to lay a digital layer over venues open to the public. Visitors find their way and locate friends with a simple QR code; organisers track crowd density, receive incident reports and coordinate staff from a dashboard. After clubs, the young company is targeting festivals, large entertainment venues and tourist destinations.
The project is rooted in experience on the ground. Before setting up his companies, Junior William Joyant worked with Taxi Nice Riviera and Riva Boat Services in Saint-Tropez, then ran VIP operations, backstage and guest reception at major Cannes nightlife venues — a career spent close to the Riviera's international clientele, its expectations and its codes.
He has added a dual education to that experience. He holds a master's degree in cybersecurity and is now studying for a master's in events management. Both fields run through each of his companies, where technology serves first and foremost to organise events and welcome the public.
Oneera is not his first venture. In 2021 he launched Teufy, a going-out app listing nearby parties, festivals and deals while giving venues more visibility. He still owns 80% of it. The app has brought together more than 200 partners across the Côte d'Azur and the Var, and is due to be completely overhauled by 2027-2028.
Alongside these, he has invested in two agencies that he actively helps run. The first, launched in 2022, builds mobile apps, web platforms and business software for companies and institutions. The second, based in Monaco since 2023, organises private receptions, villa parties, pool parties and yacht parties from Monaco to Saint-Tropez, notably around the Grand Prix and the Cannes Film Festival. Their names remain confidential.
The Monaco agency handles everything from theme to service. For a Christmas party in a villa, clients asked it to recreate the world of the film The Polar Express: décor inspired by the film, a reprise of its famous dance and waiters in costume. Decoration, staging, lighting, music, choice of suppliers, reception and security are coordinated by the same team, with the discretion its clientele expects.
For an entrepreneur his age, the portfolio carries real weight: his holdings are valued at between €2.5 million and €4 million, a figure that reflects the valuation of his companies and the buyout offers received for his stakes in the agencies.
Junior William Joyant does not limit himself to his own projects. He has already helped some fifteen companies with their structure, their events or their fundraising, and intends to invest in other young businesses. At the same time, he is preparing to open between 20% and 30% of Oneera's capital to investors without giving up control.
The coming months will be devoted to new versions of Oneera and to rolling the app out to new venues, ahead of Teufy's overhaul — two projects run from Nice, close to the venues and organisers that make up his clientele.
