Vincent Lavallée, from restaurants to hotels: the low-profile path of a Martigues investor
From Martigues, his holding company Force Invest runs a restaurant on Place de la Joliette and a hotel in Miramas. He features in Région Sud's ranking of the “100 leaders of tomorrow's economy”.

His name is little known to the general public, but he ranks prominently among the young business leaders showcased by Région Sud (the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region). Vincent Lavallée, head of the holding company Force Invest, is 76th in the ranking of the “100 leaders of tomorrow's economy in the South”.
Set up in April 2013 in Martigues, Force Invest is a holding company that owns and manages operating businesses. Since July 2017 it has chaired VLBKJ, which runs a Burger King restaurant on Place de la Joliette in Marseille's 2nd arrondissement, according to company registry filings. In January 2023 it took over the chairmanship of Lavatel Miramas, the company behind the ibis Styles hotel in Miramas.
The model is one shared by many franchise restaurant and hotel entrepreneurs: grouping several establishments under a single holding company to pool management and finance new openings.
The ranking, promoted by the Region, highlights young executives, business owners, managers and start-up founders who, according to its authors, are set to play a significant role in the regional economy.
